    Incorporated was opened for business on July 1st, 1955 but Issac (Ike) H. O'Hanlon. "Ike" was concerned about quality, safety & his clients from day one. This concern was transformed into a bill, which was passed through the NC House of Representatives and the Senate. This bill made it a law that all pest control companies in NC would have to hold a valid state license. Antex and "Ike", received and still hold, the first license issued to a North Carolina pest control company. This license (101PW) has been in our family for over 30 years.
