    Blue Chip was started in 1971 by Scott Phillips in St. Louis, Missouri. A one-man operation that has grown into one of the largest and most respected pest control firms in the state. Blue Chip, which has its roots in Phillips Termite Control from the 1950’s, has been providing service to its customers for close to fifty years. Today Blue Chip serves 2 states (Missouri and Illinois) and is continuing to grow and serve customers in a variety of ways.
